If you are still unable to resolve the issue, please contact the affected financial institution's customer support for further assistance. If you find that you continue to receive this error after 24 hours, check our Community Alerts for a possible resolution. Wait 24 hours and then try your connection again. This is because the error is typically caused by an issue on the bank's servers that Quicken uses to download transactions. Note: You may be able to log in to the bank's website successfully and still receive this error in Quicken. Blocking access is typically due to high traffic or server maintenance. This error message will be presented when the financial institution is blocking access to their servers, preventing Quicken from retrieving data to download to your file. When you perform a One Step Update in Quicken you may receive an error CC-555, or FDP-155.
